Annika Hage Nederström is Deputy Secretary-General since 2006. She has been reelected during the Congress of Brussels in 2009.
Annika Hage Nederström works since autumn 2000 at the Swedish managers organization Ledarna. Currently in charge of the collective agreements for managers in the public sector, she is also responsible for the international activities at Ledarna. Since Spring 2009, she is Deputy Director of negotiations at Ledarna.
She has studied Labour Law, Economics and Organization at the Stockholm University. She has previously worked on business and political analyses at NUTEK, and specialized in topics such as jobless growth, the glass ceiling for women, lifelong learning etc.
Born in 1971 in Denmark, she is married and mother of one girl.
