Ludger Ramme is Secretary-General of CEC European Managers since 2006.
He was involved in the CEC European activities from 1996 to 2006 as Deputy-Secretary-General. In 2006 he was elected Secretary-General and has been reelected during the Congress of Brussels in 2009.
At national level, Ludger Ramme works since autumn 1993 for the German Managers Confederation ULA (Deutscher Führungskräfteverband). In 1999 he opened new ULA offices in Berlin and became General Manager. In 2002 he was promoted Managing Director.
He graduated in Law and has also worked at the Regional Court of Duisburg during his Referendariat (part of the practical education of lawyers), as government Adviser in the Federal Ministry for education and science in Bonn and, as Assistant to the management in a firm from the Nordstern group.
Born in Germany in 1962, he is married and father of three children.
