"The role of the social partners to reinforce the attractiveness of territories"
The CAPATER European seminar was held in Brussels, on March, 17th 2011
The Management School of Grenoble launched the project CAPATER in 2010, with the support of the European Commission within the framework of the PROGRESS Program. The CEC and its French member organization, CFE-CGC, are both partners of the project. The main objective of CAPATER is to raise awareness on the territorial intelligence. Based on a case study of good practices in different regions of Europe, the three partners designed training sessions which were tested during three pilot training sessions in France.
CAPATER aims at widening the capacities of actors (higher education establishments, social partners, staff representatives, employees, employment agencies) by building up on good practices to face the socio-economic problems of a territory and to contribute to its dynamism.
| In order to disseminate the project results at European level, the CEC organized a closing seminar of CAPATER in Brussels. The representative of the European Commission highlighted the objectives and the role of the European funds in the exchange of good practices. In addition, the speakers presented the involvement of the partners in the project, some examples of the case studies and the first lessons to be learnt from the training sessions. Within the framework of this project, a website has been created. There you can find all the case studies and presentations of the trainings sessions: www.capater.com | Available documents: |
