CEC European Managers’ statement in support of Montenegro’s leadership

CEC European Managers’ Executive Board stands in support of Montenegro’s leadership and managers as key actors in helping the country navigate the path towards European Union membership.

CEC European Managers is convinced that the work carried out by our colleagues in Montenegro will help and contribute to the Union’s enlargement process, which we feel is all the more important given Montenegro’s strategic position.

Key aspects tackled by our working groups, such as implementing Artificial Intelligence tools, Smart change, or inclusivity in workplaces, are some of the main responsibilities that are currently challenging managers. Europe, as a whole, can achieve a competitive economy within the uniqueness of its social market and the guidance of the European Pillar of Social Rights.
