Report – The impact of demographic change
Demographic change poses policy and practical challenges as well as opportunities – the opportunities of a mature society and workforce and the challenges in our families, communities and workplaces to accommodate a mature rather than youthful population.
The report focuses on two main aspects:
• the current demographic profile of managers and professionals across all industries in the five selected Member States and
• the impact of projected demographic change onthe future availability of managers and professionals to 2030 in these same Member States under selected workforce scenarios
