AMM Launches Call for Global Collaboration in Montenegro
The Association of Montenegrin Managers (AMM), a proud member organisation of CEC European Managers, has launched an international collaboration call to develop its new AMM Academy for Leadership, Management, and Corporate Governance.
This initiative seeks to position Montenegro as a regional hub for advanced leadership education and professional development.
CEC European Managers, represents managers across the continent — not only within the European Union but also beyond. Member organisations like AMM in Montenegro, as well as partners from Serbia, Norway, and Switzerland, contribute to a truly pan-European voice for leadership.
CEC is committed to ensuring that all European managers, regardless of EU membership, are heard within the EU Social Dialogue and in the shaping of European social and economic policies.
This call from the Association of Montenegrin Managers (AMM) is an open invitation to lecturers, institutions, companies, and experts to collaborate in shaping the curriculum and activities of the Academy.
It represents a unique opportunity to influence the development of future leaders in Southeast Europe through knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and training in areas such as strategic management, digital transformation, AI and cybersecurity, financial governance, and human resources development.
Interested parties are invited to submit a Letter of Interest, a brief biography or organisational profile, and suggestions for potential collaboration topics.
The AMM Board of Directors will evaluate submissions and form partnerships with selected contributors.
This initiative aligns with CEC’s mission to bridge the gap between employers and workers by empowering Europe’s managers with the tools and knowledge needed to lead in today’s fast-changing world.
With AMM’s leadership and CEC’s support, the Academy is poised to become a cornerstone in regional leadership development.
