Thanking Matilda Wriske for Her Commitment to Managers Across Europe

After a long period of dedicated engagement, Matilda Wriske  is leaving the United Leaders Association (ULA) – the German Confederation of Management Executives to pursue new opportunities.

During her time with ULA and within the CEC European Managers network, Matilda brought energy, professionalism and a strong commitment to inclusive leadership. As Political Communications Officer, she contributed to key discussions on diversity, equity and inclusion, and helped strengthen cooperation between managers across Europe.

She consistently highlighted the importance of leadership that listens, builds trust and creates opportunities for everyone to thrive.

Matilda also played an important role in CEC’s work on pay transparency and DEI, advocating for fair workplaces and equal opportunities across Europe.

CEC European Managers warmly thanks Matilda for her valuable contribution and wishes her every success in the future. Her commitment to managers and to a more inclusive Europe has left a lasting mark on our organisation.
